Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! What a wonderful time. Everyone is thinking about New Year Resolutions and all of the things they want to do for 2010. What most people forget is the energy and intention of what the do on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, really sets the tone for the year. Think about it. Intention. If you just wing the next 2 days, what type of energy are you putting into motion for 2010?

If you intend to do certain things for certain reasons, just the fact that you are putting those intentions out into the universe is creating the energy of the desires that you have inside. When you intend to do things, you intentionally or sometimes unintentionally create what you desire. When you wing it, you have less chance of creating what you truly want and more of a chance of creating something because it was there when you were winging it and not really desiring it.

So, be mindful of what you would like to create. Create the intentions of what you truly desire. Plant those seeds and nurture them. Have faith that you can grow those seeds. Keep intending and creating. New beginnings are always around the corner. We always have a chance at new beginnings.

Feng Shui is all about energy. Create the best energetic presence for yourself. Space Clear. De-clutter. Create a new dream board. Make a list of new affirmations. Be true to yourself!

So go and create the best 2010 that you possibly can and remember you deserve it!

Stress & the Holidays

HI! Just wanted to give you a tip on how to relax and have fun during the holidays... You ready to hear it? It is so simple. Remember to Stay Present. So what does that mean? Stop worrying about everything that you have to do or want to do. Make a list of everything you are hoping to accomplish by certain dates. Worrying or Stressing actually slows your ability down to be able to achieve your goals or tasks. Stay Present. Take several deep breaths every time you start to hyperventilate or get anxious about your to do list. Give yourself permission to do a few tasks every day and reward yourself for completing a task. Remember take a deep breath, remember what day it is and what it looks like outside. Take in the sunshine, the brisk fresh air and even the rain or snow. Treasure your moments and you will start accomplishing more than you thought you could! Staying Present in the Moment, really works. Most of all, don't forget to enjoy the Moment and all the Moments you have with yourself and others this holiday season.
